* PLEASE NOTE * Routines that need slow paced routines (140-147 BPM) will require 1x 8-count removed from total counts in routine. Also, routines tend to have faster paced tumbling and dance sections while jump sections receive a slower pace

Does Spirit Vibe offer discounted pricing for booking multiple teams, returning clients, etc? 

Yes, Spirit Vibe offers incentives for returning clients ordering custom routine music services.

WIll the price of music have additional fees? 

Depends, All music (excluding pre-made) is non taxable as you will receive a master recording of your performance music. This means the price of our Exclusive/Hybrid packaged music are priced at the rate listed on our site for the current Cheer & Dance season. Other services such as edits, relicensing, cinematography, etc are subject to sales tax (8.25%) unless your organization can provide us with a tax exempt form. All invoices are subject to a credit card convenience fee unless paying via debit card, ACH, or check.

How do I send/upload a video of my team’s routine? 

The easiest way to submit your teams’ videos:

  1. Record your team’s video to our most recent 8-Count Track from any smartphone.

    Three separate videos are preferred per team to contribute the best custom music results.
    1. “Full-Out” marked routine
    2. All tumbling and jumps skills are executed
    3. All stunts and building skills are executed

  2. Please ensure you record your video in 720p or 1080p, 30fps-60fps (4K is too large).

  3. Download the Google Drive app to your smartphone.

  4. Proceed to your team’s google drive folder that was sent to you via email. Once open, upload you team’s videos in their respective folders. You can also upload edit videos using the exact same steps. (We suggest uploading videos when you are connected to wi-fi for a faster and better quality upload.)

Who is the best person to contact for music edits and adjustments?

Go to our “Request music edit” tab under ‘Resources & Forms’ and fill out the form. We will notify you that we have received your edit and provide you with a return date.

When will I receive my music license after full payment has been completed?

Within 24 hours of completing a full payment for music production services, we will notify you that a license has been added to your shared google drive account with Spirit Vibe. We will also grant temporary licenses under special circumstances.

How will I receive my performance music? 

You will receive your mastered music on your confirmed return date via our shared google drive folder for your program. This can be accessed from any smartphone or computer.

How far in advance do you need my team’s information for edits or revisions?

Music adjustments are returned within 5-14 days depending on the complexity. We require updated team videos to be submitted a minimum of 7-14 days before you need it returned. Also, We offer expedited music adjustments when needed. 

Does Spirit Vibe offer lyric sheets?

Yes, you can order one by simply contacting us. Also, lyric sheets are included in all Exclusive package mixes.

How many edits are allowed for my performance music? 

Exclusive package mixes are given 1 hour of complementary edits. Other packages are subject to a $75 (taxable) per hour edit fee.

How long will my return date be held without a deposit? 

After submitting your music request and we confirm a date of return with you, your spot is held for 10 days to allow time for a deposit to be made. In this time period you should submit your deposit to refrain from losing your requested return date. 

Does Spirit Vibe produce exclusive songs?

Yes, we typically produce these during “off-season”. We can produce any song for your gym, team, etc. Contact us for more information when you are ready to vibe out exclusively!

What is the last day to submit my team’s video? 

To have your custom routine music returned in time, we generally require a minimum of 2-3 weeks for our exclusive mixes.

Can I request a “dance cut” for my team(s) to use during choreography?

Yes, we produce dance cuts on a “request only” basis for teams with the Exclusive package only!
