Delivery Process & FAQ

Once Spirit Vibe has confirmed your order we begin production. When production is complete we deliver files in a zip. via email.

What are Turn-Around times after submission? 
while we can process orders same day we expect delivered recordings within 7-10 days. *** We recommend booking two weeks in advance minimum.

How are final files delivered?
Zip. file via email Per vocal info form 

I need a revision, what should I do?
If for some reason, you need to add more or change a word, pronunciation, etc. email us as soon as you can for us to make the revision. There is a chance revision may be subject to a fee, but unlikely depending on its complexity.

Can I provide an idea I have or sample?
Of course, after submission of your vocal order form, if you still have an example that you wanted to send us, please navigate to "send us your files" and drop off the file you would like us to see or email us after your order has been confirmed.

How do I pay?
When ordering, you will receive a custom invoice after confirmation. this can be paid via online directly. 

Do you offer expedited production?
At this time we do not offer expedited production.
